About Truss

You'll work with the person who builds it.

No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. The person who scopes your system, writes the blueprint, and builds it is the same person on the call with you. That's not a limitation I'm apologising for — it's the reason nothing gets lost between what you asked for and what gets shipped.

Why it's called Truss

A truss is the frame that holds a roof up. It's the part nobody looks at, made of the pieces nobody names, and if it's built right you never think about it again.

That's the job. Nobody wakes up excited about their CRM schema or their webhook middleware. They just want the leads to arrive, the follow-ups to fire, and the numbers to match — without anyone holding it together by hand.

Say it out loud and it also lands on trust. That wasn't an accident.

What Truss actually is

Small, and deliberately so

Truss is me. When a build needs a specialist I'm not, I say so and bring one in — I don't learn on your account and bill you for the education.

You'll see "we" on the rest of this site. Here's what that honestly means: one builder, plus the people I pull in when a project needs them. I'd rather tell you that now than have you find out in week three.

What that gets you: no handoff between the person who understood your problem and the person writing the automations. No brief that loses half its meaning in translation. No two-week wait for an answer that takes four minutes.

What it costs you: I take a limited number of builds at once. If the calendar is full, I'll tell you when the next slot is rather than taking your money and starting late.

How I work

Four things I don't compromise on

Everything gets documented

Every workflow ships with a written map and a video walkthrough. Most automation work fails the day the person who built it leaves — because nobody else can read it. If you ever want to take your system in-house or hand it to another partner, you'll have everything you need to do that cleanly.

Fixed price, agreed before I start

You get a written build spec — every workflow, integration, field and trigger — with a price and a date attached. Nothing gets built until you've signed off on that document. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no invoice that grows every month.

Built for the volume you're heading to

A schema that works fine at 50 leads a month can collapse at 500. Getting that wrong means rebuilding from scratch in a year. I design for where you're going, which occasionally means an extra week upfront and a system you don't have to throw away.

The edge cases are the actual job

Automation is easy right up until reality shows up — duplicate records, no-shows, refunds, timezone drift, someone typing their number three different ways. Anyone can build the happy path. Handling everything else is what you're actually paying for.

Credentials

What I'm certified in, and what I'm not

I'm a HighLevel Certified Admin — sub-account architecture, permissions, pipelines, campaigns and API access, tested by the platform rather than claimed on a website. I hold certifications across their AI voice, automation, funnel and compliance tracks too.

The platform

Certified on the platform itself

HighLevel Certified Admin, plus certifications in AI Voice, AI Tech Stack, Sales Funnels, Lead Capture, Calendars, SaaS, Paid Ads and A2P 10DLC compliance.

Beyond the platform

Middleware with n8n & Make

n8n and Make for the middleware, Retell AI for voice agents, and custom endpoints in code when the no-code path runs out. That last part matters more than the certificates.

Where I am

Where I work from, and why it works

I work from Pakistan. I'm telling you this on the About page rather than letting you find out later, because the businesses I want to work with would rather know upfront.

Practically, it works in your favour. My afternoon and evening are your morning and early afternoon on the East Coast — so there's real overlap for calls, and work happens on your system while your team is asleep. You get the build, not a time zone problem.

Every call is on video. Every deliverable is documented in writing. You'll know exactly who you're working with by the end of the first conversation.

Next step

Let's look at what you've actually got.

A 20-minute call. We'll map your current stack live on the call and tell you where the leaks are. If it's a small fix you can do yourselves, we'll tell you that too.

GoHighLevel architecture, integrations and automation. Built once, documented properly, owned by you.
